Disney Puppy Dog Pals Toys – Review

8th June 2018 By Susan Mann 5 Comments

Puppy Dog Pals Toys

We are big Disney fans here and are loving one of Disney Junior’s relatively new show Puppy Dog Pals. The show is about two super cute puppy brothers called Rolly and Bingo. The dogs have lots of fun adventures and their motto is life is always more exciting with your best friends by your side, who include a cat called Hissy and a robot dog A.R.F. They all live with their owner Bob. The show is cute, funny and helps kids learn about friendship and problem-solving together. We really enjoy it and I love when they bring out merchandise to bring your favourite shows home. Check out what we thought of Disney Stores Puppy Dog Pals toys. Puppy Dog Pals Bingo Plush

First one up is Bingo from Puppy Dog Pals and he’s a super cute, super soft, plush toy. The toy has a 3d style collar and the most amazing eyes. They are embroidered and sparkly. With an RRP of £15.99.

Hugging Puppy Dog Pals
As you can see he is very much loved here and his soft fur, but the strong body makes him great for playing and going on adventures, but also the best to cuddle at bedtime. Bingo is the big brother of the two puppies.
Puppy Dog Pals Rolly Plush

Rolly is the little brother and he too is super soft, but his body firm for playing with. We think these toys are great for playing and role-playing scenes from the show. He too has a 3d collar and such gorgeous glitter eyes. Also with an RRP of £15.99.

Puppy Dog Pals Plush
Rolly is Little Miss favourite and she has never let him go since. He has even taken a trip to school in her school bag. Just looking at him makes you smile.
Puppy Dog Pals School Bag & Cup

If you have a little Puppy Dog Pals fan in your house that might be starting school or nursery after the summer, what about getting them these Puppy Dog Pals lunch box and water bottle? How cool are they? The lunch box has loads to room, pockets and side pockets for your drink to be stored. It’s in a 3d format and looks great. The water bottle is my favourite, I love that the lid lifts back protecting the straw. It is sturdy and we have had no leakage no matter how many times it’s been washed and used in the last month. The water bottle has an RRP of £6 which I think is excellent value. The lunch box is £13, which might be a bit on the pricey side, but it is well made and will last for a long time.

Puppy Dog Pals Lunch Bag

As you can see the lunch bag is pretty big. Little Miss has actually used it as a school bag on quite a few occasions. It looks great and the plush ears are a lovely touch. I do like that the faces are made in a 3d way. It’s bright and any pre-schooler or new school-age kid would love this.

Puppy Dog Pals Cup
The water bottle is the perfect way to get your little ones drinking and the lid pulls back to show a straw tongue of Rolly. It’s quirky and practical.
Puppy Dog Pals Figurines
You can’t have merchandise from Disney Store without some figurines. Figurines are one of my favourite style of toy, we have loads and they are great for role play, imaginative play and for taking on the go. Stuff a few in your bag when going out and about and you have a simple and quick boredom buster. Perfect for waiting for dinner or lunch arriving if at a restaurant and great for taking to grandparents. The Puppy Dog Pals figurines are no exception, they are bright, colourful, look exactly like the characters from the show and are well made. With an RRP of £15. Which is pretty much what all their figurines set cost.
Playing Puppy Dog Pals
The figures include Bingo, Rolly, Hissy, Bob, Cupcake, Rufus and A.R.F. So you have all the characters to play with. We’ve had figurines from the Disney store for years and I really can’t fault them. They are great for keeping as little keepsakes on the shelves or for taking on their own adventures.
Puppy Dog Pals figures
I love that the owner Bob is included and Hissy the cat, she is a favourite here. Such a fun and sassy character. Little Miss has played with these for hours on end and they too have visited the school. They would also make a lovely gift for a fan of the show.
Cat playing Puppy Dog Pals
Even our own cat wanted to get in on the action. Twilight had some fun hanging out with Rolly and Bingo in her box. What is it with pets and boxes? Such a great show to help kids bond and learn about the fun of pets. Plus she wonders if Twilight goes off on adventures when we are at work and school. What do you think?
We are really enjoying the Puppy Dog Pals show and the toys help us bring it to life in our home. I would highly recommend these for all the little fans in your life. Find them online or in store at Disney Store.
