Giving the Gift of Memories With Snapfish #DiscountCode

17th November 2017 By Susan Mann Leave a Comment

Snapfish Photo Book

Having a third child, sometimes means that you don’t always have the time to make those lovely little memory books or boxes that you do with your first. Bits and pieces get filled in with the second and well, if you are anything like me, it’s not been the priority and I’ll do it next month. Roll on to starting school and you think, oops I really should have. So, for this Christmas and her fifth birthday, I have created a wonderful gift of memories with Snapfish. I created a Snapfish 11×8″ Landscape Hardcover Photo Book it’s perfect.

To do this I logged onto the Snapfish website. If you’ve not used it before it’s simple and intuitive. There are so many variants and different designs to chose from. There are also loads of different gifts you can make from calendars to mugs to photo books to canvas prints to Christmas cards and everything in between. We actually made the most amazing Christmas Cards last year, you can see how they turned out.

Baby

For this special memory for the photobook to celebrate the holidays, I started with Aria as a baby. How adorable are these photos? The Snapfish online software allows you to upload the photos from your computer, Instagram, Flickr and Facebook. You chose your style, there are so many to chose from, have a look at each one, see what you think and play around.

Snapfish First Days

I chose those first few days as the opening pages. These are the days that go by in a blur. The holidays are a great time of year to reflect on the year past and take in those memories, this is why I think a memory book like this is a perfect gift for a child, parent, aunt, grandparent or even to yourself.

Toddler Years

Go through those toddler years, those tough and temper filled months, but with the eyes-wide with wonder and amazement. Who wouldn’t want to capture those?

Pre-school Years

There are different backgrounds and text you can add into your photobook to customise it to suit. Add in those little moments and memories, words they say or details about a family holiday. I love all the different colours and scrapbook effects you can create simply and it looks great.

School Age

Fast forward to the starting school. A huge moment in your child’s life and one you want to capture. This was one photo that took pride of place in there. The photo book can have different types of coverings. I went with the hardback book, but you can even have leatherbound, linen and a few other types. You can move your photos around. Create the look you want and then save. You can send it to print straight away or have a think and come back to it. As long as you are logged in, you can come back and edit your book again.

The 11×8″ Landscape Hardcover Photobook from Snapfish is as follows:-

  • Archival-quality paper with a semi-gloss finish as standard. UV varnish option
  • Perfect bound and printed in the UK, up to 150 pages
  • Lots of layouts so you can find the look that’s best for your photos
  • Wide range of fun clip art embellishments to pep up your pages

Snapfish Photobook Inside

I am extremely pleased with this photobook, it looks amazing, the quality is fantastic and the photos pop off this page. They are just wonderful and when it arrived, it brought tears to my eyes. So much so, I went on and ordered additional copies of this book for both sets of Grandparents for their Christmas. This would make a wonderful gift, wouldn’t it? I am over the moon with it.

What would you do with your photobook? I have a discount code for a Snapfish Photobook for up to 40% off using SUSANBOOK40
