Facepaint, Football, Orange Skies And Shadows – Our Weekly Photos Week 11

11th March 2017 By Susan Mann 36 Comments

Facepaint

Football Matches

Orange Skies

Shadows

Last weekend it was all about football matches being back after the winter break. Oldest played well and won his first game. Tyler had his 3 matches on the sunday, he still plays fun 5’s which is really good to watch. He had a great time and enjoyed being back. We had a fun dinner of pizza, garlic share bread and cake for dinner as a wee treat.

Work has been so busy all week and it’s been hard to walk away for that work, life balance. The kids had a usual week of nursery and school. We had a bit of a scare with Lucas, but I’ll blog about that separately. He’s ok, just a little shaken up.

With work being so stressful recently, sunsets and pretty skies, really make my day brighter and the lighter nights have made such a difference going home when it’s not pitch black. I loved this orange sky. There are a few others on my evening over on my instagram to check out.

Aira had some fun getting face paints and I love this photo of her and her little shadow. Twilight is such a great wee kitten. Albeit, not quite so wee anymore.

This weekend it’s been about getting soaked at football for Lucas match at 9 this morning, Saturday and Tyler’s tomorrow. These boys love their football and thankfully so does their dad.

How has your week been? What have you been up to recently? Let me know in the comments below or drop me a message on my social media channels. Have a good weekend.

That face paint shot is fantastic. I think that’s the best design I’ve ever seen and she looks over the moon with it too. My son plays football too, don’t they look handsome in their strips? I love watching him play. Sounds like a great weekend. I hope you will continue to join #PointShoot with me next week.
