Toddler Style, Work And School Reports – Our Weekly Photos Week 41

Nothing exciting has happened this week. I’ve been working constantly, even the days I should have been off I’ve been in. Tuesday I came home early to do homework and then hubby and I went to the boys parents night at school We came out feeling very happy with their teachers and proud parents. They behave, are helpful, do fab in maths and reading, of course there are a few minor things they need to work on, but you need this or you’d have nothing to aspire to for the rest of the year. Both boys picked books at the book fayre as a reward. I was secretly extra proud when Lucas went and picked a new Harry Potter book out of everything, even a football one. My work here is done, well for now on the reading front. You can read about my thoughts on reading to older kids. We then had a poorly Tyler who was off for a few days and Aria was poorly too, but all good now. She was a wee star at dancing and for the second week did it all on her own, I just need to be able to leave the dance room now. It’s an improvement. She got the bun she wanted and just check out her own toddler style. How was your week?

Love the Minnie Mouse top – Kara would love that! – and the colours in the street photo are fantastically vivid!

Love Aria’s style and the colourful buildings in the bottom photo. Glad to hear that the boys had such good school reports and that Aria and Tyler are both now feeling better. Sounds like Aria is starting to settle into her dance class too – fingers crossed you’ll be able to leave the room soon! 🙂

You may say nothing exciting has happened but when the family is happy and progressing well that’s got to be good. Well done on keeping the bun in as when I do one in my daughter’s hair it never lasts five minutes!
