Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a HUGE Disney fan. The boys are also huge Disney fans and Aria is not far behind in that tradition, every chance she gets she dresses up as a Princess or wears something with Minnie Mouse on it. So when I found out there was a new Disney on Ice show, I knew we had to go. Aria is at a great age for experiencing Disney and I cannot wait to see her face. Disney just know how to put on a show, don’t they?
The Disney on Ice presents Silver Anniversary is touring this Spring and we are planning on going to the Glasgow part of the tour in April. We cannot wait. Aria is already outfit planning. Watch this space for our review once we’ve been. You can have a look at a few of our previous reviews Disney On Ice, our road trip to Sheffield, Celebrating 100 Years and a Night of Memories. We have loved each and every one. They are all spectacular, amazing and magical.
What is Disney On Ice? Why not come along and find out. You will embark on an amazing and magical sightseeing holiday with your favourite well loved Disney characters. Join tour guides Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck as they visit many magical worlds of Disney’s The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Peter Pan. You’ll also be whisked away to the wintery wonderland of the number one animated feature film of all-time, none other than Disney’s Frozen. Told through an international team of award-winning skaters, breathtaking choreography and a musical score filled with familiar Disney hits and rock- and-roll classics, the whole family is sure to experience a captivating journey to far-away lands without ever leaving their seats!
The arena will be filled with music and magic in every scene as you discover four unique landscapes filled with boisterous pirates, Caribbean beats and many loving moments. Audiences will explore the African Pride Lands with Simba, Timon and of course Pumbaa; voyage deep under the sea to Ariel’s mystical underwater kingdom; and tour London with Peter Pan and Wendy before flying to Neverland to join my favourite, Tinker Bell and the lost boys. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll then travel to Arendelle for an extraordinary adventure with royal sisters Anna and Elsa, rugged mountain man Kristoff and everyone’s favorite huggable snowman, Olaf. Who doesn’t love Olaf?
I would highly recommend going to see Disney on Ice if you are or have a Disney fan, you will not be disappointed. So why not join Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as they commemorate 25 years of Disney On Ice across Europe in an action-packed ice adventure that travels to four magical destinations! Disney On Ice presents Silver Anniversary Celebration will take audiences on a fun-filled tour from the 16th March to the 15th of May. Visiting svisiting Liverpool, Birmingham, London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds and Nottingham. For a complete list of tour dates, visit the Disney On Ice website.
