Christmas Gift Ideas for Women

16th December 2014 By Susan Mann Leave a Comment

After buying all the Christmas gifts for the kids, you sometimes forget about yourself. I know I do. These are a list of things I’d like to review for my Christmas and I’d love to know what you’d like to receive from Santa?

My Name NecklaceAs a mother I am proud of my children and proud to be a mother. I have been looking for a while for a nice piece of jewellery to show off my motherhood. I really love the Family Tree Necklace by My Name Necklace. I have traced my family tree over many years, being an only child I felt I wanted to find out as much about my family and have as many relatives as I could. So this necklace in particular appealed to me and I am pleased to say I’ll have this under my tree this Christmas. I have the children’s birth stones on the tree on the front and their names on the disk underneath. It’s perfect and I love it. I think this would make a great gift for any mother, grandmother, auntie, etc.

Smile Brilliant

A nice white smile is something I’ve always wanted. I have lovely straight teeth, but a few too many gaps for my liking. I hadn’t tried teeth whitening before until I tried Smile Brilliant. This kit was simple and easy to use. I got the kit through, created the moulds, sent them away and a few weeks later got my trays through. I tried the whitening gel in them and it was very impressive. My teeth were whiter and brighter than ever and I’ve used it several times since. Once you have the trays you can use them again and again. You can order more of the whitening gel and keep your trays forever. This is a really good idea and is simple and effective.

Art Therapy Colouring BookI have loved art for as long as I can remember, I was even accepted to go to art school. All I ever wanted to be was a Fashion designer. Things changed and I didn’t go, but I still love art. As a mum I don’t get to draw and paint quite as much as I’d like, but I did come across Art Therapy colouring book. A colour book for adults and it’s fab. It’s so relaxing and allows you to be as artistic as you want. If you love to doodle or colour you need one of these books. You can do free hand, fills in the swirls or shade or simply just colour. You will wonder what you ever did before having this to relax with. A lovely set of fine coloured pens go well with this beautifully artistic book. Great stocking filler for anyone.

Gaiam Beginners Guide to YogaI really need to learn to relax, I think I’ve forgotten how. I’ve heard a lot about Yoga and think this Gaiam Beginners Yoga Kit is where I should start. It comes with an alignment yoga met, block and a strap along with a dvd to get your started. This is suitable for a beginner and comes with everything you need. I haven’t done Yoga before, but feel this is a gift I’d like and I am sure there are many other mother’s out there who would benefit from a bit of exercise and some relaxation. I am sure the little ones could join in with us. What do you think? Have you tried Yoga?

EcoArt

Last but not least on my list is a lovely photograph print by EcoArt Canvases. EcoArt are a cost effective way to have a great print on the wall which is affordable and environmentally friendly. EcoArt is 100% recyclable and produced by sustainable materials. This does not impact on the quality of the print. I have one hanging on my wall as I type and it’s fab. I love this picture of Aria and it look fantastic on the wall. These are something a little different for Christmas.
