When I was off on Tuesday, the little one wanted to do some baking. I needed to use up some bananas and didn’t have any cake cases to make cupcakes so we made some pear and banana muffins.
First step, mummy put the oven on at 180′
Tyler mashed up two bananas into a bowl.
I cut up a tin of pears in natural juice and added them to the banana bowl.
Then Tyler put two eggs into the bowl. Without any shell I might add. I was impressed.
Next up 1/4 cup of olive oil added to the eggs bow and whisked.
Then add 2 cups of self raising flour.
Finally add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
And whisk until it’s all mixed together.
It’s hard work you know. And a big sticky mess.
Spoon the mixture into a pre-greased muffin tray.
It requires a lot of concentration. It’s a bit like sticky, messy gloop.
Pop into the oven.
The yummy end product.
