Thinking Slimmer and Some Chilling

9th December 2011 By Susan Mann Leave a Comment

I haven’t updated my Thinking Slimmer Posts for a long time, I started my journey here, but the weight loss was put on the back burner for me as I had some other issues to address which I touched on here.
I have found the Thinking Slimmer to be a great way to lose weight and I will go back to it when my mind is in the right place to lose the weight. I got some Cognitive Hypnotherapy treatments from Sandra from Thinking Slimmer and I am continuing on the Loving Live pods.
When I am up to blogging about my experiences I will I promise, I would like to but putting it into words and putting it out there is a bit daunting at the minute but believe me when I say, everything they have done and the pods, I cannot rate or thank them enough. They have turned my life around. And for that I am forever grateful.

If you are stressed over the Christmas period or no someone who is why not try the Chill Pod. The Chill Pod is designed to help control stress, allowing you to relax. This is something I find tough to do. When I was in hospital when I was younger the doctors tried to get me to do meditation, I was never any good and could never switch off. However with the Chill Pod I could switch off after a few seconds. I could actually feel my body getting heavier as I lay there. It uses the lovely Trevor’s voice which is relaxing at the best of times, but this pod is the best for that Chill out factor.
The Chill Pod can be used at any time, it doesn’t have to be used daily just when things are getting a bit much and you need to take things down a notch or three. It can also help raise your level of confidence one thing I lack and this helped me too.
I would highly recommend the Chill Pod, I found it very soothing and for once I felt like I was actually relaxing and switched off.
If you know someone else who is like a tightly wound spring it might be the perfect Christmas present for them.
The Keep the Pounds Off Over Xmas Giveaway

AS a special gift for you all I’ve teamed up with my friend Sandra at Thinking Slimmer to bring you a fabulous ‘Keep The Pounds Off Over Xmas’ Slimpod download worth £29.99. It will mean you can eat, drink and be merry this Christmas without having to worry about your waistline.
Slimpods are special voice recordings which use a unique hypnosis method to retune the mind to eat less. You listen for just 10 minutes a day and don’t need to diet or count calories.
Sandra, a Harley Street hypnotherapist, says: “You’ll still be able to enjoy yourself but the Slimpod will make you want smaller portions of everything. No matter what diet you’ve been on before Christmas, our Slimpod downloads will look after your waistline for you.
“The great thing is there’s no willpower involved. You get on with enjoying Christmas while your mind gets on with controlling your weight.”
Mother of two Alison Segal, from Eastcote, Middlesex, used the Slimpod last year and lost 24lbs in three months. “I’m really looking forward to Christmas and the party season again now that Slimpod has transformed my life,” she says.
“For the first time I don’t have any qualms about feeling hungry and eating Christmas pudding and mince pies. With a Slimpod I didn’t feel tempted at all last year and Christmas was brilliant.”
From December 4th an Xmas Slimpod MP3 download can be yours instantly if go to the Thinking Slimmer Facebook page and click the Like button. You will be shown a special code which gives a 100% discount at the ThinkingSlimmer.com checkout on the ‘Keep The Pounds Off Over Xmas’ MP3 product.
