My Blogging CV And Inspiration

12th December 2011 By Susan Mann Leave a Comment

I would love nothing more for my Christmas than a copy of the lovely Blogger calendar that the lovely Tara from Sticky Fingers and Jay from Mocha Beanie Mummy designed, photographed and created at Cybermummy earlier this year. I was lucky enough to be picked to be in one of the photos and I would love to see how the all turn out. It would be a perfect memento of a fantastic day. Not forgetting a chance to have a piece of Jay’s wonderful photography and see pictures all of my bloggy friends.
There are only 100 of these babies available and I WANT ONE, *stamps foot*, I’ve learnt from the master of tantrums, my toddler. To be in with a chance of getting one I have to post about my blogging inspiration and my blogging CV, so here goes.
My inspiration for blogging, has to be my children. I started blogging as an outlet for my life. Somewhere to chat and post and talk about my family life. It them stemmed onto a place where I could showcase my writing now and then and the things I am into. But my main reason for blogging is my babies, without them I am nothing and my blog is nothing. So thank you for being such an inspiration.

About me:- I am am early thirty and sticking to that mum of two boys aged 4 and 2. I work full time hours as an Operations Manager for an IT company, wish it was less. I am married to my wonderful hubby Robert and live in bonny Scotland. I love to read, write and blog. My special talents are saying the alphabet backwards and playing the harp.
My blogging history:- I started blogging on my youngest first birthday, the 21st January 2009. I have never looked back sine. Some of my highlights have been going to Cybermummy in London in July 2010 and June 2011. I also got to go to the Martin Wishart Cookschool in Edinburgh for the Fish is the Dish Event. However my biggest highlight has been all the lovely people I have met and life long friends I have made, both virtually and in real life.

My Achievements:– I was published in the Tiny Acorns Anthology. I think my biggest achievement is that people read what I write and give me lovely comments on my posts. It never fails to amaze me and make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I appreciate each and every one of them.

I love blogging, I love writing and I love sharing my life with my readers. I hope to win one of the Blogger Calenders it would make my year.
