Review – Bumpeez

15th August 2011 By Susan Mann Leave a Comment

Many of your know my oldest starts school this week. When I was asked to review the “next” big playground craze, how could I refuse, he’d be one of the hip ones. So what exactly is Bumpeez? Well Bumpeez is a pocket money toy which consists of two parts, the first being a circle disk and the other being a rubber ring which can be removed from the disk. The rubber or silicon ring comes in different shapes and colours. When around the disk it can be bounced against surfaces and used to play tricks and games.

There are over 25 games which can be played with the using Bumpeez both indoors and outdoors. Children can swap, trade, play and collect with their friends. There are 10 different colours to be collected with 100 different character disks, so plenty to allow for swapsies.
There are even some rare gold, silver and swirl Bumpeez to be collected. The golden ones win a prize. There is an online interactive section where the kids can access online games and other content.
My 4yo loved these, he was throwing them off the walls and the were bouncing all of the place. Thankfully they are small enough not to do any damage. He cannot wait for them to be out to get some more. They have pride and place in his new pencil case.
Bumpeez are available from the 24th August and at £1.99 per packet I think they are pretty good value for money. I know I am happy to say to my oldest, if he is a good boy, if he gets all his homework done and sleeps each night, he can get a packet of these at the end of the week. They are fun, colourful, easy to store and cheap. The fact they appeal to both boys and girls makes them a great idea. So what are you waiting for let’s get Bumpeez.

Disclaimer:- I was sent a packet of these in exchange for an honest review.
