On Saturday the 2nd of April we went to one of the most magical places in the UK, we went to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park. We were lucky enough to have a Golden Ticket for entry on this day as the park did not officially open until the 9th April.
My boys are huge Peppa Pig fans so they could not wait to visit the park. This really was the highlight of the holiday. From the moment you step into the Park you are immersed in Peppa Pig’s World, it really is a have to see if to believe and experience it place.
There are 7 rides in Peppa Pig World, Daddy Pig’s Car ride – a huge hit with my 4 year old who thought he was actually driving the car. Grandpa Pig’s Train – this was my favourite one, I loved the train and listening to the music and as went round. George’s Dinosaur Adventure – this was my 2 year old’s favourite, he giggled and laughed all the way round this ride. Windy Castle – Excellent and got a great view of the park. Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride – Another excellent ride with a great view and the Big Balloon song is by far my favourite Peppa Pig song. Grandpa Pig’s Boat Trip – This was fantastic and I wasn’t even worried about falling in. Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter ride – Lots of fun and yes she is everywhere in Peppa Pig World too.
One of the best things about Peppa Pig World is that even my two year old could go on all the rides. It’s geared up for little ones and there aren’t many parks which are. Having had a very upset 2 year old the day before for being too small for a ride, this made a welcomed change.
There are many buildings to visit throughout the park, like Peppa Pig’s house. This has Peppa and her family making pancakes, all working and talking, the boys were mesmerized. The indoor playground is fantastic, it has different sections for different age groups and is fun for all ages. We went in for a little while but since it was such a nice day we didn’t want to waste to good weather, especially since that’s a novelty coming from Scotland.
Mr Potato’s playground, which is outside was a huge hit. Lots of slides and fun things to climb on. We got the boys picture taken in in one of the shops in which the put their images in to a choice of 4 themes. We choice the rocket ship, it really is fantastic.
Check out our collection of photos below and see for yourself how much fun we had.

Throught the park Peppa Pig music is played, it is lovely and really adds to the atmosphere. All the characters are there throughout as statues and they even have plastic flowers and trees in the cartoon form. Paultons Park designers have really thought this one through and got it down to a T.
The only thing that may need a bit of work on is the food area it was very slow and there were quite a few complaints on the day. We got 4 small meals and it took over an hour in the queue and waiting on it getting made. This didn’t put a dampener on the day in the slightest and I’m sure it was just teething problems so hopefully by the time the park officially opened it was all sorted.
Last on the list of places to visit was the shop. The shop is filled with every kind of Peppa Pig merchandise imaginable and some. We bought some George Pig’s, Mr Dinosaur and some other bits and pieces. I thought it was great to see all the characters and not just Peppa and George. Plus the addition of Mr Dinosaur and Peppa’s teddy made leaving the park bearable. We were sad for our day to end but we had so many wonderful memories to take away.
If you ever want an amazing day out with your little ones, I would highly recommend Peppa Pig World. They place is magical and really is Peppa’s World.
Disclaimer:- I was lucky enough to be given a golden ticket for entry to Peppa Pig World in exchange for an honest review. Thank you very much.
