The MuTu System for Mummy Tummies!
We are now into Week 4 of our review of the MuTu System. I am doing this along with four other mums, A&E Mummy, Amy Lane, And 1 More Means Four and Second Time Mummy. Over the next 12 weeks and beyond.
I know I was going to keep you posted on a weekly basis, but week two I got a flu bug which set me back, then week three I was playing catch up. So here we are at week four, my how time has passed.
The exercises are good, not too time to consume which is what I was worried about. The core ones, seem easy at first but they do work in the toning department. The intense ones are well knackering, a good thing right. I am trying to fit them in every day, not always being successful but around 90% of the time I am.
The food, well… Week one I was fine with not having any “treats”, yes I’m like a dog. Week two, I sneaked in the odd bit of chocolate, but I wasn’t eating much food so I thought I would balance it out that way. Last week, week three I had a whole packet of Jelly Beans and a cookie. But, what can I do now other than feel guilty?
Weight wise I’ve only lost two pounds in three weeks, which to be honest is a little disappointing but lots of people, including my husband have commented on the fact I look slimmer so something must be going right.
Let’s see how week three goes.
Good luck to everyone and keep up the good work.

The MuTu System has been created by a real mum; an expert trainer who has been putting mummy tummies back together for nearly 10 years, whose childbirth experiences didn’t quite go to ‘plan’ either… ; who’s got a very flat tummy.

I've only lost 2lbs too hun but i think i've lost some inches, all my clothes are fitting looser and my legs are much more toned. I'm glad you're feeling better now xxxx
You're doing great Ladies! The MuTu system is a completely holistic approach to make sure you cover all bases… exercise on it's own won't make you thin. But combined with the right nutrition (the right calories, not just the number of calories) AND the right post-baby belly muscular foundations, then you'll get the results. It's an equation in the end to which none of us are exceptions… calories in, calories out – so watch out for the trap of 'rewarding' your hard work by undoing it with too many treats. (I certainly give myself many extra miles to run just to stay the same weight, because I like my food so much!)I'm delighted you're feeling trimmer & finding some muscles, & that you're finding the exercises *easy* to follow 🙂
Well done, that's a really good start!
That's a really great start – well done twinny! x
