I love wearing jeans, they are one of my favourite pieces of clothing and they go with everything. Since having my baby I've not quite went back to my normal size, but not only that I could squeeze myself into those jeans but having the c-section scar makes it even more uncomfortable.
I am not a big fan of shopping and even less of a fan of clothes shopping where I need to go and try stuff on. What's worse is if I have the baby in the stroller and my four year old, it's just impossible. The changing rooms aren't big enough to take a stroller in and Tyler just gets bored. I am unsure of my size and don't have the money to buy a few pairs and take back what doesn't fit. Plus it means more trips to the shops.
Being a big Internet shopper Jeanography caught my eye. They have a Fit First Time Service. This allows you to have up to three pairs of jeans to try on in your own home and send back the ones you don't want and keep your perfect pair. Unless you want all three. The best part is you are not charged until you decide the ones you want.
As I said before I'm unsure of my size and what style would suit me so I spoke to their personal jean stylist who discussed my size, what I was looking for and made some suggestions for me. The jeans came in a box and then in a cloth bag, well packaged and once I picked the pair I wanted returning them was simple via TNT.
I was sent three pairs NYDJ Jade Legging Mid Rise Super-Stretch Jegging in Black, NYDJ Marilyn Classic Straight Mid Rise Straight-Leg in Hollywood and NYDJ Barbara Bootcut Mid Rise Bootcut in Dark Denim. You can see me in each pair below. Sorry they pictures aren't great.
I chose the middle pair which is the NYDJ Marilyn Classic Straight Mid Rise Straight-Leg in Hollywood. They are so comfortable and look great. I've lost a bit more weight since these pictures were taken and the fact that NYDJ jeans have a great stretch in them, they look fab and I am sure they will as I continue to lose weight.
I have to say I love these jeans and I love the service at Jeanography. The jeans are expensive, but no more expensive than you'd pay for a decent pair of jeans in the shops. Plus we all know a good pair of jeans last forever. So it's a great investment. I will definitely use this service again, once I lose the baby weight it's the first place I'm shopping.
Jeanography are running a competition just now for a pair of premium jeans and vouchers. Here is a link to their competition.
